We aim to ship all orders the same day they are placed. Orders placed after 2pm may need to be shipped the following working day. This excludes any limited editions or custom prints, or those from the Chris Auld Collection, which may take up to 7 days to produce.
All next day orders must be placed before 12.30pm, for same day despatch. All orders placed after 12.30pm may be processed and despatched the next working day.
Please note we do not currently offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery. A DPD Next Day Delivery order placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday.
NEW from Monday 17th May, we now offer a free, easy and fast way to return any unwanted items. We have partnered with Collect+ to offer simple, free returns.
We will ask that you return the item to us, in an unworn, unused condition, in its original packaging and with all tags attached. Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Please return items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We can now also offer exchanges on all UK orders. To arrange an exchange, please follow the link above to our Returns Portal, and follow the instructions, selecting Exchange as your preference. Make sure to tell us which product / size / colour you would like to swap to.
Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of every product in every size. If we do not have the specific product in the correct size or colour, you will be contacted and offered another option, or a refund.
We are pleased to announce that all International orders are processed via our new international Fulfilment partner, Global-E.
Global-E provide localised currencies, payment methods and shipping options to help us off a better and more localised service to our customers.
If customs charges or local import duties are payable, there will be an option to pay these through Global-E at the checkout. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, regardless of whether they are paid at the checkout or on delivery.
The payment of local duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you may need to pay, please check with your local customs authority before completing your purchase. Please note that clearing customs may introduce delays to the delivery of your order.
If your goods are undeliverable or refused for any reason, and are returned back to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs that may be charged to us. If you decide to return your item(s), please note that applicable Taxes & Duties are non-refundable.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.
Due to the new UK-Europe relationship following Brexit, customs duties and VAT may be payable by customers in Europe. We are pleased to say that if your order has duties or fees applicable, these will be shown in the checkout, and will be included in your order, so there are no other charges on delivery.
Orders to countries outside Europe have to pass through customs in each country. Customs charges and duties may be charged to you, the customer. When ordering from Band of Climbers, any applicable customs charges will be displayed, giving you the option to pay them in advance.
International customers have 30 days from the date of receipt of their order to return any items to us. All parcels sent to us must be marked as 'RETURNED ITEM'. You must also include a printed copy of your order confirmation email. This ensures that there are no customs charges incurred. If you do not do this and we are charged by UK Customs, we will pass on the customs charge to you.

Due to current stock levels we cannot offer exchanges. So to replace any item that you do not require, simply return it to us for a refund, and place a new order for any replacement items. This means you can be sure the product you would like is in stock, at the price you want, and in the style you need. It is also the fastest way to get your new products.
