Very Comfortable and the fit is nice.
I'm 5' 7" (170.5cm) tall, 135-lbs (61kg), with a 36" (91.5cm) chest and a 31" (79cm) waist, I initially purchased a Size M because the size chart pegs me as a size M exactly. Also, I already own a Horizons jersey, size M, that fits me perfectly, and the size guide for that jersey states that is it a similar fit to the Pro Ascent jersey. Low and behold, the size M Pro Ascent jersey was too big and loose-fitting on me. So I exchanged it for a size S, and the jersey fits me every bit as good as my Horizons jersey, if not a bit better. I don't know why there was such a size discrepancy between two jerseys of "similar fit," so either this jersey runs approx. one size large.
This jersey more or less has a race-fit on me, despite it being meant for climbing and/or longer and more relaxed rides. It has an incredibly relaxed feel to it even though it fits like a race jersey...probably because the fabric stretches and breathes so well. The waist gripper does an excellent job of keeping the jersey in place and preventing it from riding up. The sleeve cuffs lay flat and hug the upper arm without feeling tight, and never is there any excess fabric flapping around in the wind with this jersey whether I'm upright or on the drops.
This is officially now one of my favorite jerseys in the closet.
It’s difficult buying kit from the other side of the world. Pictures are just pictures.
I have bought BoC bibs and was prepared to take a punt on the jersey based on the quality of the bibs.
I’m 173 cm and 67 kgs . I’m no waif but solid around my waist.
I chose the small size as I always seem to be in between small and medium according to the brands.
I’m glad I chose small, it’s tight in a good way. I love the length of the sleeves which almost come down to my elbows. Fantastic for Australian summers.
It feels great on , not to long in the torso. I would buy again.
Pro Ascent Jersey - Orange
I really like your light weight jersey…very comfortable and high visibility color makes this jersey a winner! Together we climb, together we suffer!
