237 miles. 12 Hours. Averaging 20mph.

As big rides go, they don't get much bigger. 

A massive chapeau to our Strava club member Dean Madden, who this week posted the longest ride on the group. A whopping 237.6 miles in the Welsh National 12 Hour Time Trial. 

As if the distance wasn't long enough, Dean also had to climb a not exactly flat 5,784ft. Incredibly, Dean averaged 20.1mph, whilst putting out an average of 170 watts.
